Today was another rainy, cloudy day! I stayed inside all day but I got a lot done! I got a package in the mail from my mom that had a bunch of fun Halloween stuff in it - two sets of clear stamps to make cards, etc, cute paper, and some other stuff! I made a ton of Halloween cards and envelopes! So much fun :)
Speaking of cute Halloween crafts, I have to write about my Paper Pumpkin! It's a monthly subscription box ($20 a month including shipping) from Stampin' Up that comes with everything you need to make a specific project! It might be a set of cards, cute gift bags, something to decorate your house, or another cool craft! My mom is a Stampin' Up demonstrator and she's gotten Paper Pumpkin for a while. I've gotten to do a lot of the projects with her and they are all so fun! They come with instructions, but you can also watch tutorial videos online or make the project your own way!
October was my first month to get a box and the project is these adorable burlap goody bags! Since this was my very first box, it also came with a clear block to use with the clear stamps that come with this box and many upcoming boxes. It really does come with everything you need (except double stick tape...you may need that sometimes)!
This kit came with six burlap bags - three with polka dots and three with stripes, different shapes of punch-out cards, little stickers of bats, skulls and cross bones, etc, mini clothes pins - three purple and three orange, black string to tie the bags closed, a string of orange sequins, 3D foam adhesive stickers, a set of stamps, and an orange ink pad!
Here are three of my bags completed. Aren't they so cute??
I'm going to fill them with candy and give some to the girls that work in the office at our apartment! I just got my second box a few days ago, so when I make that project I will post about it!
Let me know if you have any questions! If you want to subscribe (you can cancel at any time and you can opt out of a month), click here and follow the instructions. When it asks you if you have a demonstrator, if you don't already have one, you can put my mom! Her name is Sara Contevita and if you need the state, put AZ.
Tonight we had the yummy cauliflower recipe I've posted last month!
Thanks for reading!
