Under Armour Yoga Challenge

Hi!

This month I'm participating in the Under Armour Yoga Challenge.   The Under Armour World Headquarters is located in Baltimore, about 15 minutes from our apartment!  Anyone can do the challenge, even if they don't live in Baltimore.  For 28 days, we will get a certain pose to work on (via Instagram and Facebook) along with any yoga you can/want to do that day.  Every Tuesday and Thursday this month, I'll also attend a 7:15am yoga class at the Under Armour Performance Center (which is such a cool place!).

Tuesday was my first class and today was my second - they were both great!  They are 45 minute classes taught by Jessie, a fitness instructor who teaches all over Baltimore. Both classes this week were completely full!  They just posted that they're now offering a second class time each day as an option.  It seems like a lot of the people in class also work at Under Armour, which is really cool.  I want to work there!

The yoga challenge is sponsored by Kind, OrderUp Baltimore, and Under Armour, of course.  After class on Tuesday, there was a whole setup for us full of yummy Kind snacks!

There was granola, yogurt, and different granola bars!  I had their Cinnamon Oat Clusters with Flax Seeds with almond milk and blueberries...so delish.  I also got a Caramel Almond and Sea Salt granola bar, which I hadn't tried before.  It's so good!  I will definitely be getting this kind the next time we go to the store.  We always buy their Healthy Grain Bars but now I know about even more of their yummy snacks!

It's been a few months since I've taken a yoga class and I'm really glad I'm doing the challenge!  It's fun, challenging, and I love getting up early and going to a class.  It gets me ready for the whole day!  I've already met lots of nice people, too!

Here are some of the poses of the day!

And here's a pic from today's class that Under Armour Performance Center posted on their Instagram!

I'm in the top right corner, third from the top!  :)

Thanks for reading!
